What you see in the above screenshot is all 
1.Type the name of the WIFI connection you want to create.This name will appear on other devices when they search for wifi hotspot
2.Type your desired password in the passphrase field.This is the password for the other devices to be able to connect to ur internet through wifi hotspot
3.From the NIC dropdown choose the way your laptop is connected to the internet.
